Hi, our telephone vendor provided us with a RBDB2A for our 424 system but it the box has no battery cables, only the PSU cables.

Does anyone know of a source for the battery cable or at least the connector? Also, there are no instructions with this device, can someone guide me thru the setup?

Thanks!

The I&M manual says that 6 RBTC1A cables are supplied with the RBDB2A

Thanks for the reply.

Correct, that is what I have. I don't have the power cables or any idea what connector to purchase.

Is there a chance I could get a copy of the I&M manual or is it available online? This is a seperate I&M for the RBDB2A only, correct? I have the Strata I&M but did not find any reference to the RBDB2A

Even a pdf scan or picture scan would be great. You can send it to [email protected]

Thanks!

Special thanks to Steve Mull for helping me find the information needed. It would appear the RBDBs do not come with the battery cables.

So I am in need of three RBTCIA-2M cables to connect my batteries. Any recommendations on vendors who can provide the cables?

Thanks!

Thanks for the help. The cables I need are the RBTCIA-2M. I need three of them. None of the Toshiba dealers I have talked to have these cables in stock. So if anyone has a used RBDB2A that was pulled from a system AND has the battery cables, I would like to purchase it.

Email me if you have one to sell. Thanks.

We purchase the RBTC2A 1.5M designed for the 424 from Teleco.

I know a little about a lot, and a lot about little.

Hi, it is the RBTC I A-2M cable not the 1A or 2A. I am trying to get the battery cables, not the PSU cables. Thanks.
