The last manager's phone is full of messages but her password wasn't listed anywhere. I went into the system admin menu & went into system admin, then manager mailbox, then reset security code, but that is not working. Use icm #409 to clear the message light from the phone. Those passwords are not correct default for Toshiba, Amanda, or (if I remember) Contact DK voicemail systems. I went through the same steps I did previously for my account but it's not letting me use those steps for the Dr. I deleted the mailbox, hit intercom #409, and then tried the default password I was advised to use and it does not work on his. It's a stratagy voicemail. I added the mailbox, tried the default that worked previously, and it says invalid password.
