dk280/IVP8 out of voicemail to extension?
we just went from a perfect voice voicemail to stratagy IVP8 voicemail and trying now to chase down all the loose ends that have not perfectly meshed...
this one is a scenario that one of the user/employees here said was working before but is not now...I cannot say that it ever worked before because I had never done it before...
basically he said when a client would call in and end up in his voicemail, he used to be able to #ext to transfer out of that voicemail and go directly to another extension and ring that extension...that is no longer working he states...
1. was that ever possible
2. is there a way out of the IVP8 voicemail to then punch in an extension number to go to instead of another extensions voicemail...???
did that make any sense?

just dial the extension number....No #
This works only if theere is a mailbox for the destination extension
