I programmed a system for a customer so that when an option is selected in the AA, it rings hunt group 300 (consists of 3 extensions). However, when the option is selected, the caller hears dead air until the call is answered. Can I change this so that a caller hears ringing until the call is answered. They have no music on hold. Thanks...

Put an "H" after the extension, in the extension field of the mailbox that is transfering to the MCG.
