I am have an issue with an repartee the call forwording is working correctly but i dont know how to input the int#656 and 657 codes so it goes to the user mailbox could someone please assit

Lonnie, the CTX670 does not use #656 or 657 codes to set the voicemail id for each station. If you need to change the voicemail id for a station, you will need to use the administration program which is currently eManager.

Welcome Lonnie,
You need to contact your local certified Toshiba dealer and have them log into it with eManager and change the VM data.
As phonemeister said, the CIX series of systems do not use the #656 & #657 codes for VM integration. That was only the DK series (280/424).

ok well i got the problem fix i had to call active voice and they wrote a intergration file for the ctx but thank for the advice
