We have a CIX40 system in a small graphic design firm. We no longer have a receptionist, and would like incoming calls to ring and Caller ID on the 4 other extensions from the beginning of call, rather than wait for the delay after ringing at the receptionist's now-abandoned phone. Is there an easy way to solve this problem? I've scoured the e-manager settings, but no luck yet. thanks in advance for any advice.
