When using MS PPTP connecting to the IP Phone Card no problems. We are testing our new Sonicwall 2400 w Global VPN Client when we attempt to connect to IP Card we get error msg "IPT Alive Packet Stop". On the firewall we have enable H323 Transformations and Enable Consisten NAT. Any other ideas?

When you conect with the Soft IP, you have to select the network adaptor. When you connect with a VPN, I'm pretty sure you have the select the VPN connection in the drop-down, not the network card.
