Hey Guys,
Ive a customer with a ctx100 I need to change the auto attendant main greeting. I have the manual on CD, but maybe someone could point me in the right direction. Im going to the job site today (01/07) If I get stuck I'll get back to you. If you have any comments or suggestions to help me out before then I will check back later. Thanks guys.....

looks like its a CTX28 I am on site now I have the manual on CD looks like user ID 990 is company greeting I am so far unable to find the default password in the documentation. Do you know the default password? Im hoping it is still set at default......

Ok heres what Ive got the KSU is a Strata CTX 100 the voice mail card is a Stratagy IVP8 Rev.2 as far as I can tell I need to log into user ID 990 which I believe is the company main greeting, however in all thios documentation it only tells me to enter the defgault password but I cant find that password in the docs I have..

ok heres a valid ? Ive reset the security code on my ext 202 thru the administrators mailbox but that default password is not the ext number.....does anyone know the default pasword to log into a user mailbox?
