When we Call Voicemail x100 or any of the extension in that hunt group(101,102,103,104) we are getting an extension Vacant signal.
The Mas Server is running with Strategy Server Service Running.
The Mas Server Has E-Manager on it and I am able to connect to both the CIX670 and Voicemail through E-manager.
All the IP addresses that I can find in Emanager seem to be set up correctly. IPT Data for extensions 101-104 are set to the MAS Servers IP. IP Setting for the CIX670 is set to a different IP then the MAS. The LAN Setting for Group 10 under i/o devices is set to Client with the MAS address and Client port 5000. Our internal LIPU is set to its own separate IP.
Am I missing anything? Everything was working fine up until yesterday.
Does the CIX670 connect to the MAS via the LIPU or the CIX NIC?
Thanks for your help!

one of ours did the same thing about 2 weeks after install. Had to reboot MAS and the CiX to recover. Never did it again.

I rebooted both the CIX adn MAS multiple times and am still having the problem.
The IP phones connect to the LIPU with out Issue. So.. Is this a DNS or DHCP Issue maybe?

Make sure you set the IP address of the LIPU into the MAS. I've only done a couple of these so off the top of my head I can not remember where that setting is located (not the one with the IP of the CIX processor). If it worked yesterday then it should be ok.
SMDI still uses the CIX NIC but the VM ports connect to the LIPU.
Doubt it has anything to do with DNS (using IP addresses not names) or DHCP (all statically assigned). You can check to make sure there isn't an IP address confict by umplugging the LIPU, MAS, NIC etc and pinging them.

It was an IP address Conflict with a New Printer. IP of the printer should have been xxx.xxx.xxx.111 but was entered in as xxx.xxx.xxx.11 the same as the IPU. Why IPT phones worked and not the SES MAS is anyones guess but, It is now resolved.
Thanks for the Help.
