We have aquired a CTX 100 and it is losing programming. We are wondering if the memory backup is internal or external? If internal can it be replaced without replacing the whole processor? Also, can you retrieve the IP address from a phone? If so please tell us how. Thanks so much for all your help.

The data back-up is usually stored on an on-board SM or SD card that is inserted into a slot on the processor.

Thank you so much Travis and Steve for your input. I worded the memory part wrong and I have posted it on new post, but I wanted to thank you two for your advice. It is greatly appreciated and ever so helpful. We really appreciate you guys for your help.
