SSPhone .I always start with the basics first, Yes it may be dead and buried but if no housekeeping has been performed on the flash it could just be full who knows. You maybe correct if thats the case then a replacement will be needed but I have had it happen before and I dare say it will happen again.We wont know for sure until Dangmoss goes to site.

Ok im onsite the power is on
the four port lights are on

the one light with 2 arrows is out

i cannot establish hyperterminal communications on either port

help

if I unplug the analog ports the lights go out

if i have hyperterminal watching the serial ports, and power it up I see nada
