I have one user on my CTX 100 with a stratagy IES 16 voicemail, who has an issue with voicemail cutting off all the time. The user will start listening to the voicemail message, at a random length or time it will cut off and the user will have to log back into the voicemail system,
so far I have switch phones deleted and created a new vm account for him check the firmware on the voicemail and it was the most current
I am at a loss why he is the only user that has this issue.
thanks Randy

Sounds like static electricity to me or a bad port. Try another port or a grounded desk/chair mat. They also have anti static spray. This sounds crazy but I'm serious

I would swap ports with another extn to see if the fault moves, Is the user using handsfree to listen to their vm ? if so P2ii could be on the right track, If you know how I would connect up the com port on the Ies and see if there errors during bootup. Another option is to set the vm message to copy to another user as well and see if they have the same problems with the message.
