Hi,

My skillset is with computers, not phone systems, so please bare with me.

At our office I setup a DK424 system a while back and everything works great.

I have not touched the system in probably 3 years, and was just asked to remove 1 of our lines from the hunt group (I will do with the phone company), and make it only ring on 2 phones (1 of which will be immidiately, and the other after 30 seconds).

Can someone please let me know the programs to use, along with any other help that may assist with my novice level.

Thanks

Does the system have POTS lines or PRI ?
If it is POTS lines
81 immediate ring (day)
82 12sec delay (day)
83 24 sec delay (day)
87 night

Don't forget prog. 16 if you want to take it out of the dial 9 group.

That worked great, one more question. I have the phone setup so it forward calls after 16 seconds to the vm.

How do I remove the forwarding I think I did

# 603 VMEXT SPD 16 REDIAL

But how do I remove it? I can't seem to figure it out?

Nothing is removing the call forwarding.

My phone is a EKT6520SD

The screen says

CF-A : 7234-240
CALL 234 -240V

240 is my voicemail. and 234 is my extension.

I tried all sugested methods... Anything I am doing wrong.
