I'm a bit new to the CIX, so these questions are probably simple...
CIX 40:
How does a station transfer an answered call directly into another stations voice mailbox? I assigned a 'One Touch' button with dial string of CNF#407, but not sure if this is correct and it didn't work anyway. (4-port GVPH-1A)
How do you access the Caller ID log? Customer want to be able to push a button to look at a log of received calls. I programmed a button on the reception phone as 'Call Control - CLID' but it doesn't seem to do anything when pressed.
Can a SoftPhone IP user print out the Caller ID log?
Thanks!

TRansfer to voicemail = CNF#407 , dial ext number ,then # , or press the DSS button of the persons voicemail you want to transfer to
You must program call history memory (how many numbers it will store) in program 204, Stations / DKT / FB 17.

What Steve said on the first two. I don't know about printing... but guess you could do a screen-cap and print them.
