Strata CIX 40 - I have looked high and low for this but cannot find a solution so I am asking here. When local calls come in they register as 10 digit calls xxx-xxx-xxxx but when we use the caller ID feature then redial the phone does hunt out the right line but adds a 1- in front. We are a 10 digit calling area so the call fails. I cannot find out if this can be modified and if so where to look.

What have you got set in P105 FB27 and FB28
Also the FB 51 CID line access code?

It could also be the public numbering plan P117 check the digits for local codes and value x for local calls without a code.

Nothing in 105 FB 27 or 28

public numbering has 1NXX (11), NXX (10) and N11 (3) as the default. Will experiment with adding 305 (10) and 786 (10) the local area codes and see if that works.

Check program 105, FB 23 this determines if the system will add a 1 or not

That is it! Now, since I am a detail person, can we fine tune to have it add the 1 for the long distance ID's or have them show up in the ID call log with the 1?
