I have been having a hell of a time trying to make the door box on a DK 280 R-3 ring with the door box button is pushed. I am using a HCDB control box and have connected port 012 on a PEKU (electronic card) to support the controller. I cut the W9 strap on the PEKU as described in the manuel.
In program 79 I selected the phones I want to ring when the door box button is pushed by selecting a rang 000*008 and turned on led 1. What am I missing. The door box make a ringing chime sound, but none of the phone ring, Help Please. Thanks

Make a PhDN and place it on all the phones you want to ring. Do programs *71 and *33. Prog *79 target the PhDN.
