Hi All, I have a client with a CTX100 W/IVP8 R2. I need help setting this up- They have 4 extensions for help desk, call comes in and trans via AA to hunt grp. if all busy or no one picks up I would like call to be trans to another ext and then into that ext VM so caller can leave a message. I dont understand the sys call no ans timer?

I think that a multiple call group would be a good solution. Immediate ring the group, delay 1 to the extension, delay 2 to voicemail. Make sure you specify the Voice Mail ID in prog 517 with the PDN of the delay 1 extension.
