I have this phone, the DKT 2010 SD and I did that to change it to information mode (61) and it is still not showing. My phone does ring. What else can I do to get it to work?

Yes, I think so. It is the DKT 2010 SD which the user above mentioned that his co-workers get the caller id to work. Also I set-up / ordered caller id through my phone company, Century Link.

Your phone system has to be carded for caller ID , The DK systems don't do caller ID with out the caller ID card in the system

I don't know, I remember hearing something like Centrex. It is a two line system, don't know if this helps.
