"The Boss" by Norelco. Needs AC power (AC adapter comes with it). Has variable tone and variable volume. It's the only thing we use for a loud bell. Kick it up all the way and it will clear your sinuses. 80db to 115 db.

These products are made for those hard of hearing. The ringers are tone, lower frequency and adjustable db.
