I am trying to use a contact-dk with a Strata dk16e system. I can not get the voicemail to talk to the KSU. In program 03 I have tried to enter code 31 in the port containing the contact (03) but the only port I can change is 00 which when I change that from 92 to 91 and restart the system always goes back to 92. I can not select any other port besides 00 to edit. I just want to connect the voicemail and have the voicemail answer if nobody pcks the phone up after about 4 rings. I have all the manuals but still not able to get it to work.

What slot is the Contact DK in. Do you have a DTMF receiver in the system?

There are 12 extensions in the church 10-21 I tried to make the voicemail extension 22-30 but no luck. Can I use any extension for voicemail or does it have to be a specific set of extensions.

I know the system was setup before, so I know all the hardware should work together. the contact is in a slot on a expansion board to the left of the KSU on the lower left of the board

You said you tried in program 03 to enter 31 for slot 03 ?? Slot 03 is in the main cabinet, slot 04 is in the lower left slot in the expansion. Then you must cycle the power on the system

I tried to enter 00-07 in prog 03 and the only option I can enter is 00 which is 92. When I enter the first digit 0 the only other digit that it will allow me to enter is 0 again
