We normally do Samsung Systems, but we have a customer with a Toshiba Strata....he is switching his PRI service to Sprint. His protocol is currently set to NI2 and Sprint says they will need it to DMS100. Any ideas would be helpful.

I do know most Nortern Telcom DMS ISDN switches follow Norterns PRI Custom Protocol(NI1), and there are some that will play NI2 but I've never dealt with them. I hope that this will help some, I'm sure some of the regular guys will jump in here.
When you say "Strata" I hear DK Series..not CTX/CIX series
