Hi everyone,

We have Toshiba dkt2020-sd phones in our shop.

Out of 4 phones, only 2 actually ring.

They are not on "Do not disturb".

How can I get all phones ringing ?

The back of the shop is relatively noisy so we moved one of phones to the back to help us hear the ring... but it's not ringing !

Also, is there an external (loud) ringer we can add to make the system ring louder ?

To be able to help you, we will need to know what control cabinet these phones connect to and also the port and intercom numbers of the phones you want to ring. Unless you are telephony savy, you might be better off contacting a local dealer to help you with this.

I'm not "telephone savy" but would assume this is not that complicated of an issue ?

The control is a Strata Dk-40, is that what you need ?

I'm not sure where to find the port #, and is the telecom # the # which appears on the LCD ?

Program 4 to verify port-station number assignment. Program 81 for immediate day ringing. The extension number appears on the phone not the port number.
