Hi everyone, I'm in charge of 3 Toshiba Strata CIX systems since 3 months now (1x CIX1200, 2x CIX670) with third party Esnanet Voice mail system. (FYI, I used to be a Nortel/Avaya guy before.)
Sometimes, we need to transfer calls externally and it work fine, but is it possible to return this call to the internal voice mail in a case of a no-answer (or maybe after a certain amount of time)?
Thanks for your help

Once the call is transfered, the PBX does not have the ability to recover the call and send it to the voiemail system.
Some voicemail systems have a feature, such as a find me feature, that will call an external number and ask the called party to accept the call or send to voiemail. You would have to check with the voicemail system if it has that feature, and you would have to send the callers to the voicemailo system so that it can controll the call.
