Whenever I do the restart the system showing me a prompt which was not there (don't recall seeing it). It says 'All Command menus for this CIX will not be operated until CIX completely reboot'. In the past once i click on 'Restart CIX/CTX', it use to say 'Do you want to restart' and when clicked on 'Ok' it use to disconnect since its restarting. Why is it not working? Any ideas? I turned the unit off for 1 minute and turned it back on but no success. Any help will be highly appreciated.

MT052 has problems. I'm not sure if your issue is one of them but you should upgrade to MT055. You should also be using the latest Network eManager.

Well, I finally contacted our local rep and they remotely restart the phone system. He said one of the mailbox had 187 unread messages. Once we read all the messages and cleared it, all started working properly. I will discuss with them regarding the MT055 upgrade.

Also, what should I use to manage the voicemail on this system. It is an IVP8 vm. Is it available to purchase off the shelf? Please let me know. Thanks.
