I have a 670 3.10 MK063 software, upgraded from 2.22 about 6 months ago.
I can not access station programing, I can program the trunks, system settings, maintenance, just not stations.
If I go to station assignments, i get page 200 station data, but there are no stations in the right column. If I enter one I get one of several errors, " no responce from system", "required parameter is not entered", some thing about snmp.
Anyway running network emanager ver 5.20

some times it does work, sort of. It will bring up a station, but it will be missing info, or some of theys will not be there. If I keep clicking refesh, it will finally work.

I had this problem before at a customer's site. But if I connected directly to the processor via a cross-over cable, it worked perfectly. Must have been something on their LAN.

I replaced the data switch, all programing works great now.
HOWEVER, you just knew there would be one.
I lost the voice mail messages and soft keys on the displays, message lights still work, but no display info. I have redone the integration settings twice, even outed and recreated the lan port for smdi, no go.
I have checked it with other switches that are working and all settings are the same.

If unplugging and replugging the station does not get softkeys back, restarting Stratagy usually fixes that for us.

Did you restart the CTX/CIX? That usually fixes it.
