Using a CTX-670 and DKT3020-SD, how to I configure the number (or seconds) of rings before it goes into voicemail. Is this a per extension setting, or PBX-wide?

Thank you.

Use station busy/no answer call forwarding - Intercom, #6041, VM pilot number, XX, #.

XX= number of seconds before forwarding to VMail

Thanks for the response, Bob. Is this the only method of changing that? I am trying to avoid using call forwarding.

Call Forwarding is how the call gets to voice mail. The call forward/No Answer timer is a system wide setting under System Timers

Two options, system call forwarding and station call forwarding. System call forwarding, as Voyager pointed out, is adjustable but is a system wide setting. Station call forwarding can have a different no answer call forwarding time of 8 to 160 seconds for each station.

OK, that makes sense. So, since I do want this setting to be system-wide, will changing the system call forwarding timer negatively effect anything else (generally speaking)?

That was a dumb question, think I have this figured out. Thanks!
