I need to convert a PhDN to a pilot number for a multiple call group. I don't see anywhere to delete a PhDN though. How do you delete PhDN's?

The PhDN will disapear after you remove it from all the phones. I hope you don't have a lot of extensions. Blank the button on every extension that has the PhDN.
Refresh the phanom list after you think you got them all. Yet another reason why I prefer MCGs.
