Have a customer with a CIX 40 and a luca voicemail. Went on site for an unrelated issue and found the voice mail not working at all. The luca is up and running but when you try and access it via a phone, either from internal or external it is not responding to the DTMF tones. Captured packets and they are making it to the luca. Toshiba support was at a loss and are sending a config to Malaysia for further testing. Any ideas? Have had three different techs and two toshiba support techs inside looking at it and still nothing. Bad luca? Any ideas?

well not sure if I could add anything after all those people already looked at the system, but how about IPT Data prg 250 FB 13, Statiopn IP DTMF?
When you say catpured packets you are talking about wiresharking, and not Putty in to watch the system LOG files, right?

Used wireshark and putty. We used it and toshiba tech support did the same, and basicly came to the same result... Yep, its not working... LOL!
