DK 424 PRI RPTU2, Ive gotten a call twice a week apart that the phones arent working. I make a couple calls and it goes right to the DID intercept port, which is a VM AA. I have them power off the system and turn it back on and everything rings where its supposed to after it comes up. This system has been working for years with no problems. Is the processor going? Any ideas?

Get their PRi vendor to monitor the circuit. There could be slippage or some other obvious problem they can see.
There is a SW2 reset button on the RPTU2.
Have them press that and see if it corrects the problem while talking to the PRi vendor.
You do have 4.3 software in this puppy, right?

Yes 4.3, and I have been having some problems with gargled voice on the PRI in the last couple months, but Ceyond finally fixed that. Ill give them a call. Thanks

Looks like Cbeyond had an issue with the circuit. Thanks again Bunnie!

You are welcome. If you had mentioned CBeyond, that would have been all you needed to say.
The odds that a Toshiba part is bad when working on a CBeyond circuit is about one in a million.
