Hello,
I started a new job and have inherited the Toshiba Phone system. This is all new to me but I have been getting familiar with eManager and Strata ES Admin software. All of our base units are the Toshiba IPT2010-SD units and I was asked to add 4 more to the system. I created an new extension in eManager and configured the IP settings in the phone. When the phone boots up I get 'Searching for IPU ... IPU Not Found'. I have a call into our the Toshiba Authorized Vendor/Support Center that sold/configured our system but they can be a little slow to respond. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. This is a local system and not a true VoIP. Perhaps someone can list the steps necessary to add a new handset so I can see where I messed up?
