im in a jam again guys. customer outgrew their dhs and i put in a dhs e for them. 2 to 3 digit intercoms. they have a dispatch vm. trouble is it wont take preset call forward on co lines to 82. i used the pilot vm ext number and it seems to work ok. now on the extension cal forward on no asnswer it wont take 82 and i cant figure out a code that will work. anyone know the solution to this one. thanks, dave.

Create a standard hunt group with the VM members in it & set the CO preset fwd to ring that group. Leave you VM hunt group as is, ports can be a member of both type of hunt groups. Hope this helps.

i have group one as the voicemail hunt group but the co line presets want a 3 digit number and station call forward requires a 3 didit number also. the dhs had 2 digit icm numbers and 82 was the code to forward to auto attendant and also to forward a station to the mbx when it wasnt answered. this is the dhs e and has 3 digits for extensions and it seems to want a 3 digit code. i tried a few things but never hit the right one.

i think i have it now. if anyone needs to know the code 82 on dhs changes to 800 on dhse. dave
