I am trying to do some changes on a STS with flash VM. They customer would like some things changed on their auto attendant. They currently have only 1 message set-up. I will be setting up a day/night and temp for weather closing. They are a bilingual office (english/spanish) Currently their main message has an option for a spanish recording by pressing 2. WHERE IS THIS MESSAGE RECORDED AT??? and how can I get to it to change it? They also have the option of leaving a message by pressing 3. How do you set up these numbers in the auto attendant to direct calls?
Thanks!!! Eric

You need to connect a laptop to the voice mail card via a serial cable. It's covered pretty well in the manual.
