My manager would like me to change his speed dial numbers. Generally not a problem, if his speed dial was set up on the numeric keypad. No such luck. His current speed dial is set up for the last 8 "station" keys on his phone. I have the user guide, but am only receiving the unhappy beeps when trying to set the stations. Any help would be appreciated.

It is in the user guide. If your keys are programed to be multi-function in programming (if they are already speed dials then they are)---then go to the section where it is tabbed "flexible buttons" It states "Allows a user to utilize a feature by programming it onto a flex button......." Put in the Speed Dial Bin (either station or system)----NOT the number itself. In other words---the number has to already be in a bin---or you have to put it in a bin first. A bit confusing---hope this helps. Follow the directions "To program flexible buttons" Good Luck
