Customer wants to have several employees forward their phone to their home. I know the station can be forwarded via 640 * 9xxx. Question is will this override station forwarding set in Flash 50 page C?
Thanks, Steve

Off the top of my head I would say that it will override it. External No Answer Forward is just that, if the station is not answered within a specific time period ( set in the flash 50 button 5 )the call will be forwarded to the number entered in flash 50 button 3 field. Think of it as a "safety net" for routing the call to assure no call goes unanswered. If the station is forwarded manually the safety net will not be needed.
