We have a Starplus STSe system by Vodavi and we need to change our master voice mail message. Unfortunately, the previous office manager left and did not leave the message code. Is there anyway to override this and enter a new message?

I do know that you start by entering 694 but after that I have had no success.

Has anyone else had this problem

Well, HCNH, I tried to get you uncovered.....I'm not a Vodavi guy but they usually check very regularly.....

Anyway, welcome to the BB. Keep your sense of humor about you, hang on for the ride, and have fun....this will bump you back up for the guys to see......

If you have a Vodavi Flash voice mail (which I think you do) that 694 won't get you much.

Do you have a Programming & Operations manual? The information that you seek is on pages c-7 to c-9.

Who is your vendor--the company that installed your system?? I would ask them to help you out.

The procedure that you require is not that difficult, but you should have some sort of a relationship with a local technician that you can call and ask for advice. If this is your first time in programming this system, some on-site help from someone who knows the system would be very advantageous to you. You can waste alot of time and get very frustrated in doing this yourself.

This operation can even be done remotely.

Also--your website is not spelled right. PM me if you can't obtain local help.
