Greetings,
Customer has an SBX IP320, a strange, but rare occurance is taking place when they attempt to transfer a call to an idle station.
Once the call is transferred to the destination extension, the originators phone rings back, and the recipient cannot retrieve the call.
The only way they could retrieve the call is the old "shout" method of yelling the line number to pick up, by placing the incoming call on hold. I have verified that the extension is not in DND and is idle.
I have yet to catch this occurance, even calling in on my cell and running multiple transfers, but the customer says that it will happen atleast 1 maybe 2 times daily. I did the most obvious, yet most ignorant way to attempt to fix this; power cycle the ksu.
Any ideas or similar experiences?
Thanks!
