When you say " reset the voice mail ", do you mean reset an mailbox's password ? If so we would need to know which voice mail you have. It may be an inskin flash but the method of changing it would be different with the hard drive model.

Has anyone figured this out yet?
The company I work for currently uses this phone system and ended up going out of business. I have been asked to figure out how to change voicemail password if the user does not know the password.

If the company you work for went out of business, why do they want to change passwords?
We'll need to know which voicemail system you're using before we can make suggestions. It would also be good to know if you're talking about passwords on the individual mailboxes or something else..

Sorry..I worded that wrong. I work for a company that had the phone system installed. The company that installed the phone system went out of business. We are currently using the Flash voicemail. I am not familiar with this phone system at all, so I don't know what passwords there are on it. Right now I am only talking about individual mailbox password. I was also thinking how can the main greeting be changed because it is the guys voice that installed the phone system.

Please start a new post if you wish to add anything here. This one is a year old. an employee was let go where I work, and now I need access to his voice mailbox The installing vendor should have provided an authorized employee of your company with this information. Unfortunately, though your request seems honest enough, there is no way to verify if your request is sincere or if you are a hack. Your first line of support is your original vendor. Otherwise, you will need to send an authorized and verifiable name, address and phone number via this forum's private messaging. Preferably to one of the moderators. You should also expect to pay a modest fee for this level of support. We cannot give out administrator password information on this forum. We are not a hacker site. Many of us are career technicians.
