Can the STSe pass CID thru the InSkin Flash V.M. I get CID with direct trunk ringing but not when V.M. answers and transfer's the call.
Thanks!!

you should get it after you answer the call. Do you have Delay ringing set up on the CO's?

Erniejoey:
I have to agree with oobie that this must have something to do with the CO ring delay timer. A second or so for the CID information to show up via direct ringing would hardly be noticed. CID data is completely mobile within the system with regard to held or transferred calls otherwise.
I think that pointing the CO lines to hunt group 450 means that the voice mail is snatching the call before the CID information can be delivered. You need to adjust the CO ring delay timer for the equivalent of one full ring cycle (about 4 or 5 seconds).

I had this problem years ago with one of the early versions of the sts and in skin flash vm's. I upgraded both software levels in the system and vm unit and it started working properly. Ring delay was set at 3 seconds on both levels of software.
