All Phones are 24 button phone and the digital readout is LKD-24BD V0.3 SCOUT-DX V1.1 NO SYNC.
No buttons i push will change this, can't access any lines, no internal paging, nothing!!! Has anyone ever seen this problem?

You can try cycling the power on the KSU (Control Unit). If that doesn't work, you need to call your phone-tech as you may have a bad KSU.

Can you access the database with a terminal? If station station lock is on and the station type is 30 button, this is what you would see. If you are starting from scratch, reinitialize it by setting dip switch 8 "on" & the battery switch to "off". Then power cycle.

Unless you are very familiar with programming or have nothing other than default programming I wounldn't suggest trying the above.

Memory battery is most likely bad and the system had a power glitch.

Reinitialize. But I agree with Bill. You need to know how to program. Of course, the system is on it's butt now so what the heck. However, if the manufacturers ever wrote default databases that worked for the average user, what would we do?
