Is the IP address you are using for the card a public one?

Again I am going to tell you ONLY put in the MFIM address which is the address you have programmed for the card in slot 46. Set the DHCP to enable and REMOTE. Leave all other IP addresses at 0.0.0.0 Unplug the power on the phone and reconnect

What type of internet connection are you using? HFC?, DSL? and is the card or the phone running on a VPN?

if you do a D<Space>S it will show you the version of the card. And i believe the latest version for the LANB is E. And i know that to use the IP7024D phone that you need to have the latested version. The phones will work but they will disconnect all the time if you are not using the latested version. You can also log into the LANB with a serial cable and it will tell the version. This would be how to upgrade it as well.
