Ok. When you press 'SPD' 'SPD' 9000, does the display show BIN 9000 on the lower line before you start entering the phone number? If so, have you tried both a 7 and 11 digit number?

You are only entering numbers, not line access or anything else? Right?

If it does not show BIN 9000, try 'SPD' 'SPD' 000 and see if has BIN 000, then enter number and 'SPD'.

If you don't have any system bins programmed yet, try initializing system speed bins - flash 80, button 6. Then try to see if even sys speed works. If not, you may need to reinitialize the whole darn thing. Heck, that's what I usually hear from tech support...
Hey, what happens when you dial "9"? If you don't get a phone line, try pressing one of the CO line buttons instead of the speed button for the 2nd time. Unused lines really should be moved out of line group 1.

Are you trying to program a speed button on an unused line button? It may be the phones are administratively locked out from programming on certain keys.

No, I was just trying to program in a number in a station bin.

I have worked around the issue for now by programing the number into the system speed dial bin and so now I can call forward that line to another number.

Thanks for all the input.
