I have a Starplus STS Vodavi Mode 3501-00 system. I would like to pick up the headset and push #9 to get an outside line. When I do this, it goes to the loop line. How can I get it to go to my main co lines.

The CO lines you want to be accessed by dial 9 must be programmed to appear in group 1. All others must be in group 0 or some other group in order to be skipped when dialing 9.

9 is the access code for group 1 but by system default only the first six lines have their own buttons, any lines above that will use the loop keys unless you re assign line appearances to each phone, changing the loop and pool to line 7 and 8 for example.

Why do you have LCR enabled? You should just turn that function off.
