Here's what I have:
STSe, 1.02 software
PRI with 7 digit outpulse
System is set to receive 7 digits
XXX-1909 is pointed to route 209, set to ring at X100 always; preset forward to 440 with VMID 160
Preset forward for route 209 is the same for day, night and special modes. System is currently in the day mode.
Unanswered calls reach the voice mail, but it just says that mailbox 909 does not exist instead of reaching mailbox 160.
The problem is that it used to work! I can't figure out what could have changed to cause this. Any ideas?

Yeah, it is showing seven digits received AND it is supposedly working properly on several other DIDs.

Ed
Try a different route and make it ring a second extension even if it is a non exisiting extension.

I did that. I have it ringing 147 also as a test, but there's no phone there. I'll try another route and see what happens.

No luck. I changed the route to 199 and made it ring X100 always AND X149 always. Same thing happens: "Mailbox 909 does not exist".
The Q trace definitely shows seven digits being received and the system is set for seven digits in flash 41.

Yeah, it will PFW just fine to anywhere. I just can't get it to send the correct VMID when the PFW destination is 440. Instead of sending 160, it sends the last three digits of the DID number.

How do you have flash 67 programmed?

Good question. I hadn't checked that because the customer says it was working fine and just stopped. It is set for enabled, enabled, enabled and 3 digits.
