Put in new stse, added flash vm. all co ring to HG 450 (vm ports) Customer called today said some calls ring to stations rather then A.A.(no ringing programmed to stations) she also said when outside caller dials 0 does not always follow programmed 0=453=4 stations. Was not on site today she is a hard to satisfy office manager
that cannot figure how to change name on display. I will probably to a system reset first, any other help.

Do you want the phones to ring first on incoming calls and then to AA or go straight to AA???

Dial 0 should go to ext 100 by default.

Phones in Hunt Group can not have name in display. Just the way Vertical made it.

Yes, all 6 co ring the AA.
0 now = hg 453 = 4 systems phones
and yes that hunt g on the display is not needed user info.

All 6 CO lines forward to 440?

are the 4 stystems phone showing HG 453 and 0 showing 453?

Use 450, not 440! Make sure all your vm ports are in group 450 ( not just the pilot ). Make sure all your lines are programmed to ring 450. In the voice mail under auto attendant settings, make sure you have 453 (or the hunt group of ext's to ring when "0" is pressed ) as the operator ext. for each port of the vm. I don't believe it follows the "0" option in the dialing menu as you might think it would. As far as the name in the display goes, you could point calls to ext. 100 and give the other phones a call coverage key for sta. 100.

I changed the hunt Gp programming to ring one, rather then ring all. V tech s said at times all vm ports answer and do not disconnect even though they are not needed. Day at home 18'' of snow on top of old 22'' and now 40 mph winds.

Thanks Gary S
