Hello, I'm new too this and I have a Vertial SBX IP 320 system and would like to find out what I need to make a trunk to trunk transfer. Can anyone help?

Program a flash key if you want to use centrex features, if you don't have that then just hit tranfer and dial a 9 and the number.

I thought that the SBX doesn't offer trunk to trunk conference (AKA: Transfer to an outside line).

It does it, but you can't program a speed dial to use flash to transfer an incoming centrex call, it always picks a new line.
