Thanks all. The system is a sts switch. Not sure of the software version, probably 5-6 years old. I sent him Ed's suggestion but haven't heard back. If that doesn't fix it, I will make a site visit.

MN I guess you didn't train me good enough. You never said anything about doubting the customer's word.
