I have two lines that are in a hunt group used for incoming and outgoing that when not answered I want forwarded to a voice mail box not connected to a station. Currently if the lines are not answered they go to a stations voicemail box and play that stations message. I think it should be simple and I am just not seeing the place to make the change.
I have a Vodavi STS and an In Skins voice mail. Thanks

Create or use an unused mailbox and set the Preset FWD on the lines to 440 and used the VMID of the new mailbox. Then put a button for that mailbox on the phones that you want to be able to check it.

Flash voice mail will also require you to activate direct transfer in the mailbox.
