I got a call from another tech about this...no caller ID info coming from a fully loaded expansion KSU for an STSe. The main KSU works fine. Same LCI cards in both cabinets. If the lines are frogged, they work fine in the main cabinet, so problem does not follow the line or the LCI card. Any ideas? Vertical sent out a replacement expansion unit...still not working. Oh, this problem is happening with two new systems configured the same way.

I've had this issue too. I just swapped the CO cards out for a PRI. The circuit was cheaper too.

I suggested that....but the user is a bit old fashioned and won't go for it, cheaper or not.

Try a flex port swap of two COLs between the cabinets. That will help to show if it is a software or hardware problem.
