Last night we had a Snow storm w/ lightning...power went out. This morning we came in and Phones have the Version # in Display(DKTU24-D GSPD V2.08). I Remove power for the system and pluged back in but does not reset or go past version # in Display. Checked fueses all are good.

The memory battery is most likely shot. You can default the system and get it back up but another power loss will take the system back down again unless you replace the battery.

I Reinitialize the system...all is good. How do you replace the battery? It looks like it's soldered in place.

It is. A new one will need to be soldered on. I remove the old one by wiggling it back and forth.
