I have a Vodavi DHS systemthat is not communicating with a 4 port a Dispatch analog voicemail. The 4 individual ports can enter the system, but when the Hunt group 82 enters the system, there is just dead air for 20 seconds and then a default menu. When trying to navigate menu, the key tones stay continuous. (All Phones at site do this) The Voice-mail unit works at a similar site, so I think this is a DHS problem. Any thoughts or ideas would be helpful.

There are several parameters to consider: Each station in station programming needs to be flagged as a voice mail station. The Hunt group type needs to be voice mail. There are 6 code string fields to address. The SLA could also be bad.
